We are proud to announce the Second Annual “Sustainable Living and Preparedness Gathering” at the historic Bowie Farm at 1418 Parker Bowie Rd. in Iva S.C. This is an outdoor event that is meant to educate the general public on Homesteading, Sustainable Living, Preparedness, Bushcraft, hunting, trapping, Archery, and Survival Skills. Scott Hunt from Practical Preppers will be our Key Note speaker. There will be vendors, speakers, workshops, seminars, and lots of food prepared the old way. Come and learn the old ways, and the necessary skills to survive, if life as we know it changes dramatically. Admission is $12.00 at the gate, weekend pass is $20.00, children 11yrs and under free. There is camping available on site. There are a few camp sites with power and water hookup first come first serve. cost is $45.00 for the weekend. Sites with no hookup is $20.00 for the weekend. Why vendors should come:
If you are interested in becoming a vendor or exhibitor, please call Scott Moore at 1-864-940-9629, or email him at email@example.com. We will make it very affordable for you to sell your product or service at our event. Vendor fee is $75.00 for a 15' x 15' area. there is no such thing as a "Bad" space as all vendors will be centrally located around the Barn. Vendor is responsible for bringing own tables, chairs, and canopy. Vendor setup starts at 10:00am Friday May 5th. We are willing to trade booth space for a demonstration or seminar that you can provide as long as it is a good fit for the Gathering and our attendees. How many attendees are we expecting? 2,000 What do we base this estimate on? Based on previous events in the area how will the show be promoted?
