WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING EXHIBITORS!
Why vendors should come:
Registration fees are used primarily for marketing. We also use the fees to pay for the facility and any overhead costs. The committee members donate their time and resources. No committee member receives remunerations. This is a not-for-profit event for the committee. We are doing heavy marketing on radio, newspaper, local businesses, and through community fliers in the greater south east Idaho area. We expect between 4,000 to 6,000 attendees this year. This is based on prior event attendance, time of year and marketing campaign. This will be a heavily attended event.
Our expected attendance:
4,000 to 6,000 From the past 7 years of the fair.
Here's how we plan on getting the right people in the door:
$7,000 in radio on AM and FM. 38,000 fliers
