WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING EXHIBITORS! Why vendors should come: Bulk space pricing is available at competitive rates. Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg TN is a premier vacation destination within a days drive of nearly the entire East Coast. It is also an under served market sector with very high potential. Attendee base will be a mix of residents of the region, tourists and those visiting the area for the sole purpose of attending the expo. The city of Pigeon Forge, TN has 15,000 lodging units experiencing a 74% occupancy rate each summer and with visitors per year totaling 3,557,991 (2015). The nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park boasts 10,712,672 (2015) visitors per year as well. Tourism revenues for the Pigeon Forge area alone totaled $1,148,756,766.00 in 2015. Nearby Gatlinburg, TN numbers are not included in these totals. The Exhibit Hall at the LeConte Center is a 335’ x 300’ clear span space that accommodates over 12,000 for large assembly events or more than 600 exhibitor booths for trade shows if need be. As such, I encourage exhibitors to take full advantage of the space provided by purchasing multiple inline booths that have been priced accordingly for maximum exposure. In addition to radio, billboard, social media and print advertising; Bullseye Preparedness & Outdoors Expo is working with the Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism to include show particulars in their promotions as well as printed material in the City of Pigeon Forge welcome centers. We're also working with area establishments (restaurants/hotels/etc) to include show information on tables, fliers in high traffic areas, brochures in key locations. Our expected attendance: 700 This is a new show. We are advertising extensively and planning on a big event Here's how we plan on getting the right people in the door: Radio, Billboard, Social Media, Print, Tourism, as well as promotions at regional tradeshow events to raise awareness Want to be a vendor?
