Have a question about this show?
Why should you be an exhibitor at our show? The intimate setting on the Historic Bowie farm will allow vendors/exhibitors to interact with potential customers in a way that an indoor Expo will not allow. The outdoor setting will allow for generous booth space, and the concept of a "Gathering" will allow exhibitors to forge lasting relationships with folks that will become life long customers. We are not "show promoters", we are a couple dedicated to educating the public. We have been running retreats and work shops on our own property and exhibiting and presenting at various shows throughout the Southeast for 9 years. The part of the country we live in is ready for a "Gathering" of like minded people, and we have a capable staff ready to make it happen. A vendor space is 15' x 15' and cost $75.00. Vendor is responsible for bringing own chairs, table, and canopy. There is no such thing as a "Bad" spot as all vendors will be set up in close proximity to the barn. Prospective vendors and exhibitors please contact Scott Moore personally at 1-864-940-9629 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss details.
How many attendees are we expecting?2,000
What do we base this estimate on?Based on previous events in the area
What is the advertising budget for the show and how is it being promoted?most of our advertising will be through social media, local news papers and radio.
